Terms of Use

The App is licensed, not sold. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App on Apple devices that you own or control, subject to these Terms and the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions.

You may use the App for sheet-metal bend calculations, reference, estimation, and record keeping. You are responsible for verifying all results before relying on them for fabrication, purchasing, production, or safety-critical decisions.

The App may be downloaded and used for free with limits and advertising. The free version includes a limited number of flat-length calculations each day, and further calculations may be restored that day by watching a rewarded ad.

Pro removes ads and the daily calculation limit, and unlocks higher limits and export features. Pro is offered two ways, and both unlock exactly the same features: a one-time purchase, and an auto-renewing weekly subscription.

Purchases, refunds, billing, and purchase restoration are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive or store your payment card information.

The weekly subscription renews automatically at the price shown in the App until you cancel it. Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.

Your subscription renews automatically unless it is cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. The renewal charge is applied within 24 hours before the end of the current period.

You can manage or cancel the subscription at any time in your Apple Account settings. Cancelling stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for; it does not refund the current period. Deleting the App does not cancel the subscription.

The one-time purchase is not a subscription. It does not renew and is not charged again.

If the subscription lapses, calculations you have already saved remain in the App and stay editable. Only the Pro limits and features stop applying.

If the price of the subscription changes, Apple will notify you and, where required, ask for your consent before the change takes effect.

The App provides calculation tools based on commonly used sheet-metal bend formulas and conventions, including bend allowance, bend deduction, outside setback, flat length, and K-factor calculations.

Actual bend results depend on material grade, thickness tolerance, grain direction, tooling, die opening, machine setup, bend method, springback, operator practice, and shop standards. The App does not replace qualified engineering review, machine setup sheets, test bends, inspection, or applicable safety procedures.

You must verify all calculations against your material, tooling, process, and organization requirements before production use.

The App is provided for reference and productivity purposes only. We do not warrant that any calculation is accurate for your specific material, tooling, machine, product, tolerance, regulatory requirement, or manufacturing process.

You are responsible for maintaining your own backups and verifying saved calculation history, presets, and exported files. We are not responsible for loss of local or iCloud-synced data caused by device failure, operating system behavior, iCloud account status, user deletion, or third-party service issues.

You may not reverse engineer, decompile, redistribute, resell, sublicense, modify, or use the App in a way that violates law, infringes rights, interferes with services, or attempts to bypass purchase entitlement, advertising, or technical limitations.

The App, including its software, design, text, formulas presentation, and related content, is owned by Signet or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided as is and as available. Signet is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or production-related damages, including scrap, rework, delay, lost profits, or losses arising from reliance on calculations, except where liability cannot be excluded by law.

We may update the App or these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute related to the App will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over Signet's principal office, unless applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
