Privacy Policy

The App does not ask you to provide your name, email address, contacts, precise location, camera, or microphone access.

Calculation history, material/tooling presets, unit preferences, and related settings are stored on your device. If iCloud sync is available and enabled by the operating system, these records may also sync through your private iCloud database.

If you submit a support inquiry, we receive the message you enter, inquiry type, app name, language/locale, optional email address, and diagnostic identifiers such as a RevenueCat app user ID when provided by the App.

The free version displays ads. Advertising providers may process device identifiers and related usage signals as described below.

We collect a small amount of product analytics about the upgrade screen, described under Product Analytics below. We do not collect the values you type into the calculators.

Saved calculations, presets, and preferences may sync through Apple's CloudKit private database associated with your Apple ID. This data is stored in your own iCloud account and is handled under Apple's privacy policy. Signet does not operate a separate account system for this App.

The free version of the App uses Google AdMob to show ads. Purchasing Pro, either as a one-time purchase or as a weekly subscription, removes ads.

Google may process advertising identifiers, device information, approximate location derived from network data, and ad interaction information for ad delivery, frequency capping, fraud prevention, and measurement. If you grant permission through Apple's App Tracking Transparency prompt, the App may allow use of the device advertising identifier for personalized advertising. If you do not grant permission, ads may still be shown but will be less personalized.

In regions where consent is required, Google User Messaging Platform may be used to collect and manage advertising consent.

Pro is available as a one-time purchase or as an auto-renewing weekly subscription. Both unlock the same features.

The App uses RevenueCat to manage the Pro entitlement for both products. RevenueCat may process an anonymous app user identifier, purchase and subscription status, receipt information, device type, operating system version, and app version. RevenueCat does not require your name or email address for this App.

Payment is processed by Apple. We do not receive or store your payment card information.

The App uses TelemetryDeck to understand how the upgrade screen performs. We record when the upgrade screen is shown, which feature led you to it, which plan you selected, and whether a purchase or a restore succeeded or failed. Failures are recorded as a short reason code, never as the underlying error text.

We do not send your calculations. Dimensions, thicknesses, radii, angles, measured K-factors, material and preset names, saved parts, and notes never leave your device except through iCloud sync to your own private database, or through an export that you choose to share.

TelemetryDeck receives no name, email address, account identifier, advertising identifier, or precise location. This analytics data is not used to track you across other companies' apps or websites.

Apple: App Store distribution, in-app purchases, and iCloud/CloudKit sync are provided by Apple and governed by Apple's privacy policy.

Google AdMob and Google User Messaging Platform: used for advertising in the free version and consent management where applicable.

RevenueCat: used to manage purchase and subscription entitlement and restore status for Pro.

TelemetryDeck: used for the product analytics described above. TelemetryDeck receives no directly identifying information.

Slack: support inquiries may be delivered to our internal Slack workspace so we can review and respond to reports. Slack is used only for operational support handling.

Local calculation data is used to provide calculation history, presets, settings, and app functionality.

Advertising-related information is used by advertising providers to display and measure ads, prevent fraud, and comply with consent choices.

Purchase and subscription information is used to unlock Pro features, remove ads, keep the subscription status current, and restore purchases.

Product analytics are used to see where people leave the upgrade screen, so we can make the offer clearer. They are not used to build a profile of you.

Local calculation data remains on your device until you delete it in the App or remove the App. iCloud-synced records remain in your iCloud account until removed through the App, device settings, or Apple's iCloud controls.

Purchase and subscription records are retained by Apple and RevenueCat as needed to operate purchase restoration and entitlement checks.

Product analytics events are retained by TelemetryDeck in aggregate form and are not linked to an individual.

The App is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
